Friends and Family Members Of our Navigators Select Team Members

 

Friends and family members are warmly invited to join our Navigators Tour to South Africa. The package for friends and family mirrors that of the athletes, including the uniforms (polo shirts and hats) and going to watch the Navigators games. They'll be part of the journey, sharing the bus and participating in all activities and meals provided for the athletes. Rest assured, we're here to arrange a top-notch tour experience for the entire group, eliminating concerns about accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing.  Enjoy the convenience of our well-organized tour while also having the flexibility to pursue your own interests. Additionally, the option for private accommodations is available for individuals (additional fees may apply).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY TRAVEL: 

 

Accommodations

Our tour to South Africa we will be accommodating everyone in 3 star superior and/or 4-star hotels based on the European standards.  You will always have a private room with your friends and family with private facilities. You can enjoy the experience of travel with the team, or we can upgrade you on the tours with these types of accommodations for a surcharge per person, per night. 

 

Walking/Biking Tours 

Most of our tours will have walking tours that require good fitness and mobility. If you require special assistance or do not think you are capable of keeping up with the group, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate you the best we can. 

 

Airfare

NAVIGATORS will have sits locked for the entire NAVIGATORS team delegation travelling to South Africa, including Friends and Family. Once those sits are gone, we will no longer have the same fare or price guarantee and will be subject to confirmation of availability. If you would like to book your trip with the group you will need to make a deposit that is non-refundable to reserve your sit. Please confirm with NAVIGATORS in advance to make sure we still have seats available.

Changing your travel dates

Can´t make it for the whole tour? No problem, you can book your own flight to meet the team when it´s convenient for you. Please confirm with NAVIGATORS that the trip is confirmed and where we will be on your arrival. We will quote you a ground package for the length of your stay. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR TOURS ARE TAILORED TO PRIORITIZE THE ATHLETES, AND WE METICULOUSLY PLAN ALL ACTIVITIES AROUND GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS AS REQUIRED. WE ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE AND WELCOME THE SUPPORT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND OUR COMMITMENT IS TO ENSURE AN EXHILARATING AND ENJOYABLE TRIP FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. Room size: 

• Single room = 1 person – 1 bed

• Double room = 2 people (Each person has own bed – or double bed may be requested but is not guaranteed) 

• Triple room = 3 people (Twin beds or double bed with one twin may be requested but is not guaranteed).​
